The following Terms & Conditions apply to all orders placed with Sugar Shaker Bakery.

Sugar Shaker Bakery reserves the right to change our terms and conditions at any time.

QUOTE

All quotes are valid for 60 days unless otherwise agreed with Sugar Shaker Bakery.

Upon the deposit being paid the quoted price remains fixed to the details listed in the quote. However, if changes are requested which involve more cost and time, Sugar Shaker Bakery reserves the right to amend the initial quote and additional charges may apply. If agreement on the final design cannot be reached at this stage, normal cancellation terms will apply.

DEPOSIT & CANCELLATIONS

Cookies

To secure your Cookie booking with Sugar Shaker Bakery, a 50% deposit is required on all orders and your booking will be confirmed once the deposit clears into our account, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Full payment of your invoice is due 7 days prior to baked goods being collected, after which all payments made are non refundable.

Cakes and Cupcakes

To secure your Cake or Cupcakes booking with Sugar Shaker Bakery, a $50 deposit is required on all orders and your booking will be confirmed once the deposit clears into our account, unless otherwise agreed in writing, this deposit is non refundable. Full payment of your invoice is due 14 days prior to your Cake or Cupcakes being collected after which time the full invoice amount is non refundable.

 

Upon payment of  your deposit you are accepting all costs on the invoice, changes can be made within a reasonable time frame before the event, please work with us if you wish to change anything. A reasonable period for changes would be at least 15 working days prior to the event date.

All cancellations must be received in writing at sugarshakercookies@gmail.com.

DELIVERY

​Delivery and set-up can be arranged by Sugar Shaker Bakery (fees may apply), or clients may choose to pick up their orders themselves at our premises. If the client decides to pick up their order, Sugar Shaker Bakery is not liable for the condition of the product once it has left our premises. A call out fee may apply if the client has picked up their goods, then requires assistance in the set up or repair to damage done.

ALLERGIES

 

All products from Sugar Shaker Bakery are baked in a kitchen where nut and nut products are used. Products contain gluten, dairy and may contain traces of nuts. We operate using equipment that may have come in contact with wheat, nuts and seeds. Unfortunately we are not able to cater to those with allergies. Sugar Shaker Bakery will not be held responsible for any allergies, it is the clients responsibility to inform their guests of these allergy risks.

Once you have placed your order you are agreeing to the terms and conditions as explained above by Sugar Shaker Bakery. It is the responsibility of the client to read and completely understand these terms and conditions before placing an order with us.
